In the last month we have had all our equipment Pipa Tested & Pat Tested.
Just in case you didn’t know,
PAT TESTING - This is where a competent person annual tests all the electrical equipment to see if it’s up-to the job, the test they carry out is insulation and earth continuity test including a visual test. All items passed with flying colours, this is great news and just goes to show how well we look after and maintain the electrical equipment throughout the year.
PIPA TESTING - This is where all the inflatable equipment, bouncy castles, bounce & slide and slides are tested annually, similar to an MOT test they check for wear and tear, and if the inflatable - bouncy castle conforms with the British Standard BS EN 14960, again all the inflatables and bouncy castles passed with flying colours. During the test they check anchor points, air pressure and security of seams, plus much more which are all very important aspects of bouncy castles safety, being a former PIPA Tester you can be rest assured your in safe hands as we constantly check the equipment each time it goes out on hire to make sure it’s always up to the job.
TIP - Only use bouncy castle hire companies like ourselves who have the above certification for the tests carried out, this shows they are a professional and safe company who will have valid public liability insurance, because without the above there insurance would be pointless and not valid.
