Payments and Cancellation
Great news, you can now book you bouncy castle online and pay the 25% parcel payment to secure your bouncy castle, soft play or package via PayPal, this is all connected to our booking system and totally secure. This means you can either pay via your PayPal account or Debit or Credit/Card.
How to pay for your bouncy castle booking
- Pay a 25% parcel payment upfront and the remaining balance is to be paid by invoice with the option to pay by bank transfer or card payment. The remaining balance needs be paid 48hrs prior to your booking date, the invoice will state this and show the options available to pay.
- Paying in full for your bouncy castle or soft play upfront means no more last minute dash to the cash point or remembering your PIN number 5 minutes before your party is due to start.
Can you pay online?
Yes, you can, our booking system is now connected to PayPal so you can conveniently pay securely online, any payments made will show on your booking confirmation.
Can you pay over the phone?
Sorry, we no longer accept payments over the phone, but we can generate a payment link for you to pay via text message or email.
Can you pay by invoice?
Yes, after paying the 25% parcel payment online you will receive an invoice to pay the remaining balance. This can be paid by either bank transfer or card payment securely with Tyl NatWest.
Your booking is only secured onto our online booking system once we have received your 25% parcel or full payment via the methods above.
Cancellation policy: All payments made are none refundable, if you have to cancel your booking for any reason including unsuitable weather conditions we will happily move your booking to another date depending on availability.
Cancellation policy unsuitable weather conditions: All payments are none refundable, if we have to cancel your booking due to unsuitable weather conditions strong winds above 24mph or heavy rain and thunderstorms we will happily move your booking to another suitable date depending on availability, alternatively you can move your booking indoors or we can send you a credit note to use on future bookings.
Safe and secure payments, all our payment merchant partners we use are safe and secure to pay online, contactless payment, or chip and pin. and apple or google pay. We never save any card details or information when processing payments. Please see below our payment merchant partners below,
