• Contact details, phone number and address on website. This shows the company has nothing to hide and you can contact them if need be regarding the booking.

• We display our full address and phone number on our website, so you can get in touch before, during or even after your booking.

Sign 2,

• Testimonials and reviews, it’s always great to hear how other customers experience was when using the company, but be aware lots of reviews can be fake, so word of mouth or reviews from social media platforms may be the most reliable.

• We never ask our customers for reviews, but we do have plenty you can view and read across our Website, Facebook, and Google business page. If concerned just ask about, friends, family and even strangers will recommend a company for you to use.

Sign 3,

• Photographs from recent bookings and hire’s, this is great way to see how the bouncy castle looks and how it’s setup, more importantly if it’s setup safely.

• We are constantly taking pictures of our bouncy castles and equipment whilst on hire, we post these across all social platforms including on our website so can be very easily found.

• Pipa and Pat certificates, even though it’s not law to test your equipment annually it’s good practice and means the company is putting safety of there customers before anything else.

• Being a former pipa tester we know how important this is. Our equipment is pipa and pat test each year by a independent company. You can view all our up to date pipa and pat certificates online.

• Public and product liability insurance, again it’s not law to have your bouncy castle and equipment insured, but for obvious reasons it’s most important thing to look for when deciding who to hire from. Please bare in mind, if a company is insured, but doesn’t get there equipment annually tested there insurance policy is worthless.

• We hold £5 Million Public and Product liability on all of our equipment, bouncy castles, soft play and even our didi cars are insured whilst they are out on hire.
